Antonio Parente

Antonio Parente is a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Architectural Studies, with a certificate in Civil Engineering. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Antonio always wanted to matriculate to Pitt, but was unsure what field he wanted to study. In high school, he took drafting and computer drawing classes, which piqued his interest in architecture. Outside of class, his experiences with woodworking and as a youth basketball coach have helped him develop the important skills of patience, perseverance, and creativity. Over the next few years, Antonio plans to hone these skills along with others needed to succeed in the field of architecture.

At HAAARCH!!!, Antonio will be presenting a group installation project from the class “Approaches to the Built Environment” with Brynne Mulloy, Juliane O’Day, Tobias Raether, and Blanche Tarabrella.
